FAQ

What percentage of the bike is assembled upon delivery?

Out of the box, both Pro S and Pro SS models are approximately 95% assembled. The handle bars, front and fenders, foot pegs, front wheel, display, mudguards, front number plate, and a rear shock bolt need to be assembled upon delivery.

E Ride Pro bikes come with 2 power modes: Eco mode (3 kW peak) and Sport mode (12 kW peak). These modes allow riders to customize their riding experience based on their preferences.

Yes. The battery has an IP (Ingress Protection) rating of 67. However, full immersion in water is not advised, and pressure washers might force water to enter through the case. We suggest removing the battery when using a pressure washer to clean your E Ride Pro.

The battery can handle approximately 500-600 recharge cycles before it begins to deteriorate with minor percentage loss. Regular maintenance and proper care can extend the battery’s life.

The seat height for the Pro-SS model is approximately 33 inches, and the rotor size is 220 mm.

No. For safety precautions and law regulations, we do not advise E Ride Pro to be ridden on the freeway as it is designed to be ridden off-road or dirt trails.

If the brakes feel squeaky, clean the rotors lightly, sand the brake pads until there is no shiny surface, then perform a series of slow braking maneuvers to “mate” the brakes and rotors. Please contact our tech support or the dealer shop you purchased your motorbike from.

Pro S & Pro SS 2.0 models use MINERAL OIL. while the Pro SS 3.0 & Pro SR models use DOT 4 FLUID. **These fluids are NOT interchangeable**

To troubleshoot a wiring issue, start by inspecting all connections, especially near the battery, motor, and throttle. Look for loose, disconnected, or damaged wires. If the problem is more complex, you might need to consult a professional mechanic or reach out to your dealer for help.
