1. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS

Data Integrity: You agree to provide current and truthful information (email, payment, and shipping) for all transactions.
Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized commercial use or security breaches.

3. THE ORDERING PROCESS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed once we send a formal Shipping Confirmation.
Cancellations: Because we prioritize fast fulfillment, orders enter our logistics pipeline immediately. We may not be able to stop or change an order once it is placed.
Usage: By purchasing from us, you represent that the equipment is for personal or household use and not for unauthorized export or commercial resale.
4. PRICING & LOCAL FEES
The price displayed at checkout is the final price for the product, but please note:
Additional Costs: Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include local VAT, specialized assembly fees, or custom delivery charges.
Adjustments: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors (even after an order is placed) or cancel orders resulting from such inaccuracies.
5. SHIPPING & TRANSIT RISK
All delivery windows are estimates only. As an independent dealer, our responsibility ends when the product is handed to the carrier.
Transfer of Risk: Title and the risk of damage or loss pass to you (the buyer) at the point of handover to the shipping company.
External Factors: We are not liable for delays caused by regional logistics, customs inspections, or “Force Majeure” events.

Rider Responsibility: High-performance electric bikes involve inherent risks. E RIDE PRO AE is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or legal penalties resulting from the operation of products purchased through our store. It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow local traffic laws and safety protocols.
8. LEGAL GOVERNANCE
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled exclusively within the courts of our registered jurisdiction.
